En büyük derdi bu sırrı saklamak ve kontrolü kaybetmemektir, fakat stajyer doktor Oh Ri jin gerçeği fark ettikçe hayatına daha da yaklaşır. Tedavi süreciyle duyguları iç içe geçerken Do hyun’un kırılgan iç dünyası giderek daha görünür olur.
